The ScaleTalk dashboard is your central hub for managing voice AI agents, phone numbers, calls, and integrations.
Overview
After logging in, you'll see the main dashboard with an overview of your account activity and quick access to key features.

The sidebar provides access to all platform sections:

Quick Actions
From the dashboard, you can quickly:
- Create a new agent - Build a voice agent
- View recent calls - Check your latest conversations
- Add a phone number - Add a new number to your account
- Check usage - Monitor your credits and usage
User Menu
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner to access:
- Settings — Manage your profile, preferences, notifications, and security
- Switch Workspace — Switch between your personal workspace and user groups
- Upgrade Plan — View and manage your subscription
- Sign Out — Log out of your account
